Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users of HyperX can request deletion of their account and related data, in compliance with Google Play’s data deletion requirements.

1. How to Request Deletion

Option A – Within the App:

Open the HyperX app
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion

Option B – Via Email:

Send an email to: dexter@hyperx.trade
Subject: Account Deletion Request - HyperX
Include your registered email or phone number for verification

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

Account identifiers (username, nickname, avatar)
Contact details (email, phone number, if applicable)
App usage and preference data
Other personal information directly linked to your account

3. Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained temporarily to comply with laws, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes:

Fraud prevention and audit logs
Transaction or payment records (if applicable)

Such data will be kept for no longer than 90 days and will be permanently deleted or anonymized afterward.

4. Processing Time

Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days. In some cases, verification or legal requirements may extend this period, and users will be notified accordingly.

本页面面向 HyperX 应用用户，说明如何请求删除账号及相关个人数据，以符合 Google Play 的账号删除要求。

一、如何删除账号

方式一：通过 App 内操作

打开 HyperX 应用
进入 设置 → 账号 → 删除账号
按照页面提示完成操作

方式二：通过邮箱请求

发送邮件至：dexter@hyperx.trade
邮件标题请注明：账号删除请求 - HyperX
请在邮件中提供注册邮箱或手机号以便验证

二、将被删除的数据类型

账号标识信息（用户名、昵称、头像等）
联系方式（邮箱、手机号等，如适用）
App 使用记录、偏好设置等
与账号直接关联的其他个人数据

三、可能保留的数据与期限

部分数据可能因法律或合规要求在限定时间内保留，例如：

防止欺诈、滥用或处理争议所需的记录
依法需保留的交易或账务数据（如适用）

此类数据的保留期限不超过 90 天，届满后将被永久删除或匿名化处理。

四、处理时间

通常在收到有效删除请求后 30 天内 处理完毕。若需额外验证或因法律原因延长，我们将通过您的联系方式通知进度。
